Sign Up & Sign In
Create an Atlas Cloud account with Google, GitHub, or email. Covers verification, password rules, password reset, and changing your email address.
Signing up and signing in both happen at www.atlascloud.ai/login. The same page handles both — there is no separate registration URL.
Account pages moved to the main site. If you have an old bookmark on a separate console subdomain, update it — that address still responds but serves a legacy interface. Everything current lives under www.atlascloud.ai/console/.

Single sign-on (SAML/OIDC) is not currently offered. If you need it for an enterprise deployment, talk to us.
Your session is stored in an HTTP-only cookie shared across atlascloud.ai subdomains, so signing in once covers the main site, the dashboard, and the docs.
Signing up with email
Enter your details. Email, username, and password are all required.
Meet the password rules. Your password must be at least 8 and fewer than 64 characters, and contain a letter, a number, and a special character (!@#$%^&*()_+-=[]{};':"\|,.<>/?). It also cannot be identical to your email address.
Complete the bot check. A Cloudflare Turnstile challenge appears before the code is sent.
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email address.
You're in. Verification signs you in automatically — no second login step.
Have a referral code? Enter it on the sign-up form. Referral codes grant a bonus on your first top-up, and the person who referred you earns credits once you complete it. See Balance & Credits.
Resetting your password
Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in form.
Enter your email address and complete the bot check. A verification code is sent.
Enter the code and your new password. The same password rules apply.
If you signed up with Google or GitHub, you do not have a password to reset — sign in with that provider instead.
Changing your email address
Start from Account settings, enter the new address, and request a code. The code is sent to the new address and is valid for 5 minutes.
The confirmation link is not a passwordless magic link — you must be signed in to your existing account for it to work. If the link expires or the signed-in account does not match, restart from account settings, or contact [email protected].

Your first stop is usually creating an API key — see API Keys, then Get Started for your first request.
Joining a team
If a teammate invited you, open the invite link they sent. It looks like:
https://www.atlascloud.ai/console/join?id=<account>&code=<code>If you are not signed in, you will be asked to sign in first and then returned to the invitation automatically. Accepting switches you into the team account.
You keep a personal account alongside any team accounts, and you can switch between them. New members join with the Member role by default. See Team Accounts and Roles & Permissions.
Invite links do not expire. Delete any you no longer need from the team page.
Closing your account
Account closure is handled from account settings and is generally irreversible. Export anything you need first, and note that remaining credits may be forfeited. See Data Deletion for what is removed and what is retained for legal and accounting purposes.
