License

Atlas Cloud grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use our services for personal or internal business purposes.

API Usage Guidelines

  • Add value: Partners and resellers must provide substantial added value on top of Atlas Cloud's APIs
  • No thin wrappers: Creating a thin wrapper for raw API resale is strictly prohibited
  • No direct exposure: Atlas Cloud APIs cannot be exposed directly to end users without added value

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Atlas Cloud to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Create malware, spam, or phishing content
  • Generate hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Reverse engineer Atlas Cloud services
  • Build competing products using our APIs
  • Systematically scrape data from our platform
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may not be unique or fully accurate. Atlas Cloud makes no representations that generated output will not infringe third-party rights. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use.

Financial Terms

  • Credits expire 365 days from the date of purchase
  • All purchases are final — non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Usage is billed based on actual consumption

Export Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable export control laws. Services cannot be accessed from countries subject to U.S. comprehensive sanctions. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of remaining balance.

Enforcement

Atlas Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy at any time without notice. Remaining credits may be forfeited upon termination for policy violations.
